Business Funding Program:

Bridge to Freedom Foundation's Funding Program is based out of our Division of Research and Evidence Based Programming. We are a think tank focused on understanding the dynamics of the problem and developing interventions that benefit the entire anti-slavery movement. We will fund small businesses, nonprofits, for profits through our relationships with business funders such as Advantage MCA Financing and MSG Funders Group. At BTFF, the Department for Evidenced Based Programming is unique offering within the anti-human trafficking movement. The department’s goal is to learn from other movement and nonprofits, understand the impact that BTFF’s programming has on our clients, as well as create repeatable models so that all best practices can be spread throughout the anti-trafficking movement. BTFF seeks individuals with a mindset for; Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis, superior writing and editing skills, data collection and analysis, and a maturity to interact with all of the Anti-Slavery Movement.


Program Evaluation Fellow:

The Program Evaluation Fellow (PEF) will be charged with translating an approved findings/adjustment report into implementation in consultation with front line and managerial staff to be effected. All implementation plans will incorporate ongoing program evaluation activities. Final implementation plans will be submitted jointly by the Director of Evidenced Based Programming and the relevant senior project/program lead for approval by the Executive Director. In addition to developing Implementation Plans, the PEF will work to evaluate on-going programs and projects. Program Development Fellow:

The BTFF will utilize a Program Development Fellow (PDF) to implement its research and planning activities. The PDF's responsibilities will include research into evidence based promising practices applicable to BTFF and developing program/project adjustment plans with input received from survivors, advisor committees, front-line and managerial works. Internship Program:

Do you need an internship that's flexible and convenient to Washington, DC? Join BTFF and build your skills and Resume through a collegiate internship program! We are currently accepting applications from undergraduate Juniors and Seniors in good standing, post-graduate student or recent graduates.
